Alrighty. More stuff.
Alrighty. I'm learning the ropes of this surprisingly convenient and easy-to-use site builder, and I'm pretty much ready to roll. No, I had nothing to say here that was of any significance or importance, I'm afraid...
If I can remember (though it won't be hard if I tell my friends to periodically harass me about it--that's one thing they'll definitely remember to do), I'll be updating this once a week. Maybe more if I'm motivated, but that's hardly ever the case. My friends might take pity on me (or you guys, depending), and do it themselves...
OMG! Something just occurred to me!! If you're interested in this humble little site, you should post a comment on my lovely blog here...
And spread the freaking word, dangit! My friends will eat me if you don't! I don't want to be eaten, you see....
Anywho, if there's artistic stuff (i.e., lyrics, poems, AMVs...) I will so my best to see that it gets on here, after it's approved by the...committee. *dun dun dun...*

Okay, Site News...
Starting out is so damn boring. I mean, really. No one reads this, so there's hardly any point in writing anything here at all, but hey--I'm a bored kid with too much time on her hands, so why not, eh? Okay...
We'll be starting slow. I don't have as much free time as I've been letting on, so allow me a period of construction work. And I will shamelessly confess that I am very easily distracted by pretty much everything, so don't expect snap results. Besides that, I have a general dislike for authority, and hate being told what to do; that being said, don't rush me. xD Ahh...Dark humor. I love dark humor.
Anywho, expect forums--lots and lots of forums.

Our Purpose...
Is not to bring peace and harmony to the world. I don't deal in miracles. But I will offer a bit of a...oh, let's call it a haven. I will offer a bit of a haven to any who have no place in the world. My friends and I decided to start Haven, because we're sick of all the shimatta we get from people who can't spell "ignoramus." Don't get me wrong, not everyone's a self-absorbed prick, but a startling majority of the world's population is.
It's not easy being an outcast; everyone needs someone to rely on, so often outcasts will band together and form a group of rejects, or some such thing, and that's how they get by. They probably wonder often why they're hated by people they don't know, and how different their lives might have been if they'd conformed to the frighteningly dull life everyone around them seemed to dub "cool". They probably grew to hate those people, because those people hated them, mocked and ridiculed them, pushed them back into the corner of the world where it was safe for them to hide.
But--if you're one of those people--aren't you sick and tired of that?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not leading some kind of revolt (though, if any of you know of one I'd gladly sign up--I'll bring the snacks). I'm just, like I said, opening up a place of no discrimination.
And that means ANYBODY can belong here. Whether they be prep, jock, emo, goth, grunge, nerd, skater, punk, gay, lesbian, bi, transsexual, otaku, a three-headed dude with eight arms and one leg, I don't care. I'm past caring. There are way too many other things for me to concern myself with than childish vanities and retaliations.
I'm not expecting this site to be a huge success; I'm hoping it will be, but it's probably not going to happen. Either way, our cause is a noble one--a candle in darkened room.
If you're still reading this, you're either a) waiting for your anime to load, or b) extremely bored. Either way, I sympathize.

Heck yeah, we're here in action, waiting to do good and spread cheer all around! Hey, while we're at it, let's stop poverty, war and world hunger; we'll just go ahead and add that to the Most Likely Things To Ever Be Accomplished By A Handful of People List! Okay, seriously now. This is a site for people who don't fit in anywhere else. I don't care about your sexuality, your hobbies--please refrain from pornographic crap--or your lifestyle. Everyone is welcome here.
